The Queen Marie Antoniette myth still remains intact and its jewels too, so much so that at a Sotheby's auction held in Geneva a pendant with pearl and diamonds was sold for a good 36 million euros.
Jewel that is part of a collection of 10 pieces that belonged to the queen of France and that she managed to save by sending them in time to her family, outside the kingdom, kept for all this time by the heirs of the Borbone-Parma family.
