The rolling mill wire squeezer SCF050B ø 50 is a machine studied to obtain squeezed flat wires of very small thickness and high precision wires. The main features of this machine are:

- Supports holder cylinder in brass with forced lubrication.

- Cylind ers cooling by water recycling - Coiling winder with an adjustable device to obtain a constant tension of the wire by the use of an electrical control.

The reels are from DIN 125 to 200, with an expansible reel in order to coil the wire skeins. Considering the flat wire width, it is possible to control the coiling step.

- Decoiler with adjustable brake trough electronic device.

- Stop device of the machine in case of wire breaking.

- Micrometric adjusting of the distance from the cylinder by visualizer.
