Many function machine studied and realised for making all the types of coiling with solid wires and made from plate. With adequate equipment you can form spirals with tube or open pipes starting from plate, obtaining links for chains, earrings and bracelets. It is composed of a sheet basement and of a winding pincers - holder group, which can make the expulsion of the sp i ral with wire and the simple coiling, by means of an equipment - holder group (wire - guide, plate - guide, dies to form round and sh aped pipe, etc.) assembled on a special guide at liner slide of a very big precision and strength. The motorization is obtained from a ratio - motor, which is controlled by an inverter for obtaining the speed change of the pincers - holder spindle. Coiling the wire, you can obtain spirals of many different shapes (round, oval, rectangular etc.) through adequate shaped pins and pa r tic u lar device, which a l lows the spiral expulsion from the pin during the coiling phase. During the tube or pipe coiling with different shapes (round, oval, triangular, square se c tion etc.) it is possible to o b tain spirals of predetermined length by the use of particular equipment.
