Machine designed for the hammering of wires, chains or coiled chains. It is provided with a frictioned support in entrance, for the reel, maximum size DIN 200, where is positioned the product to be hammered. The hammering device allows the use of the shaped hammers with a length of 18 or 32 mm with an adjustable number of blows. The feeding of the hammering head is realized trough the use of a couple of motorized wheels. The speed of the wheels is controlled by a tightening knob to adjust the pression on the hammered product. The machine is also equipped with a motorized reel with friction device in order to make skeins controlling the draw ing of the wire. The coiling speed is connected with the drawi ng device positioned between the hammering head and the motor ized reel. The is made with electrical motors, with belt drive and reduction units to drive the machine and of an automatic stop system.
