A very strong machine, realized to cut plates in strips of predetermined sizes. The bed plate out of metallic carpentry, contains the motoring over mechanism, constisting out of a m o tor, a reducer and the gears. The tower, as shears - holder, is interchangeable, in o rder to allow a wide possibility of combinations. The engine mount holding the shears is formed by a guide for the placement of the plate in the machine, where are fixed the uprights as shears holder and the rotating caps to the machine body. A coiler reel facilitates the salvage of the sheared plate.
