Machine projected and realized to satisfy the high speed drawing requirements for a wire of a max 2 mm for all the operators of the gold and silver market. The cones of traction are realized in steel of high quality temperate and ground to guarantee a long life of the cones. The cones are both motorized through a three - phase motor and a p roper transmission toothed belt; the diameters of the grooves have been calculated to obtain a reduction of the section of minim um 18% each passage.
The machine have a refrigeration and lubrication sy s tem that is projected to refrigerate both the cones of traction and the interior of the boxes in which are posed the dies. The reel is motorized and equipped of friction and brake; the friction is necessary to avoid a brake of the wire caused by an excessive stress of traction during the processing. The brake guaranteed a speed braking of the reel - friction set. Without this brake, when the machine stopped, the reel - friction set, a cause of the high speed and the inertia it will continuously work and will brake the wire. The coiling set is moved by a second three - phase motor that is in charge of a device that a llow the automatically regulation of the speed.
The machine is equipped of:
- Device to stop in case of wire broken
- Device to stop in case of the impossibility for the skein to uncoiling in entrance
- Device of working through a pedal for the self - threading operations
- Extractable decantation tank with lubrication pump for cones and drawing - dies.
