A machine projected to satisfy the drawing requirements for a maximum ingoing diameter wire section of 2 mm. The traction cones are realized in an high quality steel subjected to a thermic treatment and with special finishing surface in order to guarantee the same specifications in course of time. The rotation of the cones is controlled by an electric motor three-phase which drives two reduction units for each traction cone. The cones are designed to effect a reduction of the wire not less than 18% of the section. The coiling reel has an independent motorization equipped with a pneumatic clutch. It is possible to use the clutch externally to allow a good adjustment of the traction in the coiling operative phase. The machine is equipped with an internal lubrication-cooling tank system to lubricate the traction cones and the drawing dies seats. It is possible to interrupt the lubrication during the setting of the machine. The cooling liquid is collected in an external tank in order to make easy the maintenance and the change of it. The machine is also equipped with the following devices: - Stop device to stop the machine in case of the wire breaking - Stop device in case that the ingoing wire is not ready to start the work - Pedal device for the setting operations of the machine OPTIONAL it is possible to assemble an external coiling unit that allows the preparation of reels DIN 125-160-200. The coiling unit has a separate electric three-phase motor, a selector ON/OFF independent from the machine and a clutching unit to adjust the traction wire. It is also possible to adjust the range of the translation based on the reel assembled on, and the longitudinal movement considering the same coiling speed.
