Machine designed to realize all the coiling types products with solid wires and made from plated. It is composed of a sheet basement and of a winding pincers-holder group, which can make the expulsion of the spiral with wire. The motorization is obtained from a gear-motor, which is controlled by an inverter to obtain the speed change of the pincers-holder spindle. In the coiling of the wire, you can obtain spirals of many different shapes (round, oval, etc.) by the use of shaped pins and particular device, which allows the spiral expulsion from the pin during the coiling phase. On request it is possible to assembling on the machine a special device for guiding the wire in order to obtain the coiling of the plated wire controlling the position of the slit during the copiling phase.
