This machine allows to obtain from the starting strip, by using a special equipment, tubes of different diameters, soldered on th e edges. The profiling is done by passing the strip between the following pairs of wheels which have a special designed profile. The soldering of the edges is done positioning the soldering nozzle, by a special adjustable arm, in relation to the rollers out of bronze which close the two edges. This pair of rollers is equipped with a liquid circulation, cooling system. To allow the variation, e ven micrometric, of the thickness of the strip, each profiling rolling pair is equipped with a simple screw system which allows the re gulation by merely rotating an apposite hand - wheel. The bed - plate of electro soldered steel sheet, allows a maximum accessibility t o all the members of the machine and contributes with its structure to a silent running. The machine as a unit appears compact, in relation to its high performances. The transmission of the movement to the profiling roller pairs, is obtained by a "cascade gears" system. All the rotating parts of the machine are realized by sphere or roller bearings, which are pre - lubricated and wat ertight, and there is no need of maintenance. The machine motorization is carried out by a geared - motor unit controlled by an electronic vari a tor, which allows to adjust the speed of the rollers.
