The machine has been constructed on a sturdy, metallic frame in o rder to avoid any vibration. The adjustment of the drawing on the coiler reel is carried out through a clutch device. The primary tra c tion cone is out of hardened steel in order to allow a major duration during the time. The housing of the drawing dies is projec ted for dies with a maximum diameter of 30 mm. The coiler reel is out of cast iron and is extractable, while the decoiler plate is supplied with a stop of the machine, in case of an irregular decoiling of the wire. The lubrication is forced by an incorpora ted motor - driver pump. The collection basin of the refrigerant is divided for the recovery of the remaining wire.
