The rolling mill wire squeezer ø 120 is a machine projected to obtain squeezed wires of high precision. These wires are used to make chains like “venetian” , “fox tail” or any other use that require flat wires with measure extremely precise. The main features that distinguish this machine are:
- Supports holder cylinder in brass with forced lubrication
- Cylinde rs cooling by water recycling
- Coiling winder able to contain an expandable reel and reels of measures from DIN 125 to DIN 200, with adjustable step to obtain a perfect winding of the squeezed wire on the same reel.
This winder group is moved by an alternating current motor fed by a special electronic converter used to grant the co n tinuous regulation of the coiling speed. This regulation is made by a drawing lever compensator that control co n stantly the wire squeezed tension to coil.
