This machine has been realized for obtaining knurling on wires and tubes with core. It is composed of a basement made of Electro-soldered carpentry, in which you can find the electrical and electronic parts, the engine that transmits the movement to the knurling head through the toothed cogged belt. The knurling head is composed of a particular spindle, which can receive till four knurling - holder claws. The knurling can have different drawings, placed mechanically in order to be all adjustable in a continuous radial sense as to the rotation axle, you can work, in a drawings parity , different diameters with the only adjustment of closing or opening of the knurling in only one manoeuvre. All the knurling - holder supports allow the orthogonal rotation of the same knurling for obtaining spirals of different step both right and left. It is possible to obtain through two passages crossing - shape drawings. The machine can be equipped of a motorized and a friction reel for the worked wire collection and a device with a tube blocking claw at a rectilinear sliding on cylindrical guides for a standard length of 1,5 Mt.
