Machine studied and realized for shaping wires and tubes by the use of grooved small wheels. In accordance with the small wheels, we can obtain, starting from round wires, flat wires, half-round wires, oval wires, etc. The machine can work with the rolling engine in horizontal position, with a particular and simple mechanism. All this for facilitating the Hollow Wire guide, when the fissure of the wire has to be, during the squeezing operation, in the parallel position to the small wheels rolling surface. The machine can work in continuous and discontinuous way through a pedal control. The head is too strong with lubricated and cooled bushes. The wheels are interchangeable and the shafts are easily extractable in order to change the wheels without any problem. In the back side of the machine is assembled a coiler unit for reels of 80-125 DIN. The coiling step is adjustable to obtain a perfect coiling of the squeezed wire on the reel. This coiling unit is controlled by a alternate current and trough a mechanic friction is possible to adjust the drawing force of the machine.
