This machine serves to make wedding rings, in variable sizes, until a max. diameter of 27 mm starting from rings obtained by a sheared plate. The cycle of the machine is completely automatic by a mechanism unit, which withdraws the blank from a feeder and put it on the movable part of the piece slide. Then it places it automatically on the working position under the rolling wheel. The machine works through rolling process: the above lamination roller is movable and when, in high position, allows the charging of the machine. When the charging is done, a micro switch operates the machine, which automatically carries out the rolling pr o cess and when the working cycle is co m pleted, it returns automatically to its starting position. At the cycle end, the operation repeats itself to finish the blanks put in the loader. The adjustment of the final d i ameter of the wedding rings is done by a special equipment. The normal working tension is 380 V. 50 Hz and the pneumatic sy s tem must work with a pressure of 4 - 5 At.
