The machine is suitable for cutting pieces of spirals without having scraps. The machine has got a spirals - holder body, which con tains all the necessary adjustments to obtain the wanted pieces. That is:
- Easy replacement of the spiral - holder pin.
- Adjustment of a radial beat, which determines the arc width of the wanted spiral.
- Adjustment of the perpendicolarity of the spiral wire in comparison with the saw.
The saw - holder unit includes the motor, to which a double bearings spindle is integral and assembled on a slide, which determines the adjustment of the saw cut height. All that sliding on an axial bearings slide. The cut advancement control is pneumatically operated and the speed is adjusted by an hydraulic pressure decelerating device. The cu t- ting phase is cooled by a forced lubrication. All the machine is contained in a carter, which take in the filings and the cut pieces. Through the door with locking, situated on the sheet basement, it is possible to reach the decantation tank.
