The saw machine for cutting the tube is designed to realize blanks for the realization of wedding rings without any soldering starting from tube. The cutting group is made of a saw assembled on a particular precision guide provided with adjustable advancement speed with micrometric control. The bar-holder group is made of a rotating mandrel with pneumatic lock and radial adjustable vice. It is also provided with pneumatic device for the bar progress. The machine has a cooling and a lubrication system of the cutting saw with a motor-pump assembled on an extractable tank with decanter. The movements are controlled by a PLC. The programmable counter carry out the number of pieces counted stopping the machine at the number of pieces required.
